The ISO 14001 environmental management standard has been achieved by door and window control systems manufacturer GEZE UK. In order to achieve the accreditation the company had to measure its impact on the environment and set goals to improve future performance. GEZE UK has reduced the emissions of its fleet of company cars and plans to reduce this by a further 5% by June 2014. The company has also introduced pdas for its service engineers which has reduced the amount of paper consumption.
