Northcot Brick launched the ‘Old Scotch Common’, a new line of traditional wire cut bricks, which replicates the appearance of the old ‘Giscol’ Scotch Common, widely used in industrial towns in northern England. The new brick has similar irregularities and rough hue, making it suitable for small building projects and renovation of older properties particularly in the North. It is manufactured to latest European standards, including F1 rating for Frost Resistance BS EN 771-1: 2003.
