A range of window and curtain walling systems manufactured by Aluprof have been installed at a striking new residential development in North London.

243 Ealing Road features dark blue terracotta cladding, used in conjunction with an Aluprof window system to offer the residents a sustainable building envelope across all seven blocks of the development.

The development consists of 330 private residential apartments, including eight high specification penthouses, 54 shared ownership apartments and 57 affordable rental properties.

High performance curtain walling & windows

Aluprof curtain walling and window on 243 Ealing RoadAll Aluprof systems were fabricated by Aluminium and Glass Facades, consisting of windows and doors from the MB59S and MB60 ranges, in addition to Aluprof’s high performance MB SR50 curtain walling.

The building envelope achieves its signature look with the use of vertical bands of brightly coloured terracotta.

The detailing between the fenestration systems and terracotta finish is accomplished by using external reveals in powder coated aluminium to match the Aluprof systems.
