Autron Slenderline radiators are slim, safe and durable

  • 18 Jul 2017

Autron’s Slenderline range of LST radiators is still the slimmest on the market, with a wall to front face depth of only 75mm.

Slenderline is available open-bottomed or fully enclosed with a ‘to the floor’ inlet grille. The open-bottomed model is suitable for areas where hygiene maintenance will include the regular cleaning of floors and walls under a radiator.

5 case heights are available across 12 lengths, ranging from 661mm to 2911mm long as standard.

The range uses Luton’s copper aluminium emitter and is available with either the 3H1W model for use with conventional heating sources or with a 5H1W emitter, for use with the lower flow temperatures associated with more energy efficient condensing boilers. Wattage outputs are available from 189 to 2570 Watts depending on model size and emitter.

Slenderline LST casing is manufactured from 1.2mm zinc coated steel, protecting the casing from corrosion. The casing is then finished in tough white PPC paint finish incorporating BioCote antimicrobial protection. BioCote provides an effective, safe and long lasting solution to combat a wide range of dangerous bacteria.

In addition, you can now watch the installation of an Autron LST radiator at the Elmhurst long stay care home in Cumbria here. The video features images and information on the innovative space saving Slenderline natural convection LSTs that were installed in the corridors throughout the care home.
