Chartered surveyors and specialist property consultants, Fisher German LLP, have achieved ISO 9001 quality management certification.
The firm has been offering professional services and support in all aspects of land and property for over 180 years..
The business is split into six key service areas; commercial, planning and construction, property agency, renewable energy, rural consultancy and utilities and infrastructure.
Fisher German’s Retford office is now enjoying the same benefits of ISO 9001 certification as their other 13 sites; some of which has held this quality management scheme for ten years.
’Certification has created more efficient processes, allowing all our staff from surveyors to administrators to save time and, therefore, costs’ says Tim Shuldham, Office Partner.
By going through the certification process, Fisher German has created a suite of standard documentation for new jobs and existing management agreements.
Tim adds ’We have created a streamlined and consistent process, from start to completion of the work, ensuring a smoother workflow and leading to improved customer satisfaction’.
So what next for Fisher German?
Rising concerns about the effect that activities and businesses have on ourselves and the work in which we live, has lead to this land and property company making the decision to go ahead with ISO 14001 certification - the environmental management system - and are part way through the process.
