Evac+Chair has donated a CardiAid automatic external defibrillator (AED) to a yacht belonging to RM Education which is taking part in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. The prompt use of the CardiAid will dramatically increase the chances of survival should an individual’s heart stop beating. RM Education undertook CPR training prior to the yachting event and the inclusion of the AED will provide added safety and peace of mind for the journey.
Evac+Chair International is working with newly appointed distributor, Jian Quan Medical Equipment Inc to raise awareness of emergency evacuation equipment. Practical sessions took place at the Shanghai International exhibition on Public Safety & Security, held at the Shanghai World Expo Centre where the Evac+Chair was demonstrated alongside expert knowledge of evacuation procedures for both businesses and non-domestic users.
Evac+Chair International will showcase its emergency escape equipment at the 2013 Safety and Health Expo using their own customised double-decker Emergency Bus as their display at the exhibition.This will include a wide variety of evacuation chairs such as the Air Chair and emergency solutions including ParAid Medical Ibex Tran Seat and CardiAid Automated External Defibrillator.
