Sika’s new waterproofing solution, Sikalastic-612, can be directly applied to both flat and pitched roofs to deliver a long lasting, professional finish.

Fast curing and extremely durable, Sikalastic-612 can be used on both new and refurbished roofs to deliver a completely waterproof finish.
Quickly and easily applied with a roller, Sikalastic-612 can be applied to a number of different surfaces including concrete, brickwork, fibre-cement, roof tiles, roofing felt, bituminous sheets, metal, wood and ceramic tiles.
Sikalastic-612 is available in three colours – white, grey and terracotta, to blend in with the look of the roof.
The waterproofing solution is available in 5 and 15 litre tubs to suit any scale of project.
Sikalastic-612 incorporates a unique Sika-owned technology, which consists of a single component, cold-applied, moisture-triggered polyurethane membrane and is based on the unique MTC (moisture triggered chemistry) technology.
As a result of such technology, the material is able to use atmospheric moisture to help trigger the curing process, meaning the application of further coats can take place very quickly.
As the curing process of Sikalastic-612 starts as soon as it is applied, during which time no CO2 is released.
This means that no blistering occurs upon the surface of the newly applied membrane.
