Finalist in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards

Composite door manufacturer Door-Stop has been announced as a finalist in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, which are organised by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).

'Needless to say, we're delighted to be nominated among such company,' comments Nick Dutton, Managing Director for Door-Stop.

'The ICS awards recognise those companies that prioritise customer service above all else and offer unique benefits to stay ahead.

A series of innovations launched in 2011, underpinned by our unmatched 3 day delivery service, easy online ordering system and overall emphasis on making life easier for customers was the basis for Door-Stop's entry, and the strategy that has helped us stay ahead in a competitive market'.

'All the finalists in the Awards have demonstrated consistent commitment to customers at the highest level,' says Jo Causon, Chief Executive of the ICS.

'In these difficult economic times, customer service professionals and organisations exhibiting innovative and sustainable strategies that build customer trust and respect will ensure longer term successful business'.
