Finalist in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards
Composite door manufacturer Door-Stop has been announced as a finalist in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, which are organised by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).
Door-Stop is competing against national names such as Barclay's Wealth and Boots in its category.
Other finalists include Aviva, BMW, BT, BUPA International, Capital One Europe, Homebase, Lloyds Banking Group, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Virgin Media Business to name but a few.

Door-Stop can now offer customers the composite door and lock system, TS007 3*, accredited with a BSi Kitemark.
Door-Stop shortlisted in the 2013 CMA Awards - the 4th national award in just five years. CMA Awards promote marketing excellence across the built environment are supported by the Construction Products Association, and The Building Centre plus others in the the industry. Door-Stop is a finalist again in 2013 for Best Use of Website, supported by full service agency MRA Marketing.
With a growing demand for 24/7 online ordering of composite doors, Door-Stop launch ’24/7 Sales Manager’, offering fabricators and installers their own customised version of the Door-Stop configurator that enables their trade or homeowner customers to design, order and pay for the door, anytime, day or night. ’24/7 Sales Manager’ is a simple to use plug-in which slots seamlessly into existing websites. More than 90% of Door-Stop’s sales are made via this unique online ordering system.
Door-Stop International has introduced a new Customer Service Centre that can be accessed via the company website. Once the Customer Services tab has been accessed, on-screen instructions can be followed in order to raise a help request. The new Customer Service Centre is located in the customer’s secure area of the website and is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Old, untouched door slabs and glazing cassettes are being auctioned off on ebay by composite door manufacturer, Door-Stop. 40 lots of mixed pallets which contain 25 Nan Ya slabs each can now be bid on by interested fabricators and installers. The Nan Ya slabs were bought in by Door-Stop before the company developed its own GRP slab. Bids will begin at £5 per slab, irrespective of size, style or colour and the cassettes will be auctioned off separately.
