Chelsfield House, Lansdown, Bath, originally built in 1965, was in a state of disrepair when acquired by ST8.
ST8 transformed the inefficient property into a warm, modern home with the integration of state-of-the-art technology and environmentally friendly practices.
Chelsfield House provided an exemplar of sustainable redevelopments and has become one of only 95 SuperHomes in Britain.
