Rotation can be made through 180 for ease of cleaning the outer pane, the patented operating mechanism guaranteeing security and stability in any position.
With its operating handle at the base, the overall glazing area is also around 9% greater than a traditional roof window.
Made from knot-free pine, the FPP can be installed at pitches between 15and 55, the five sizes providing a glazing area between 0.59 and 0.94m2.
Acoustic, triple glazed windows provide a noise reduction factor up to 40dB and a U-value of 1.5.
In the smallest size, the FPP can also be used as an escape window, being fully compliant with Part F requirements and having an SAA Fire Rating from Warrington Fire Research.
