Malcolm Heaver, MD of VEKA installers, Heavers of Bridport, presented Neil Davis and Jeanette Tulett with a bottle of champagne to celebrate them being Network VEKA's 200,000th customers.

Heavers is not only a founder member of Network VEKA but also UK record holder for winning its regional Customer Service trophy eleven times.

Jeanette said the awards were part of the reason they chose Heavers: 'We read about the trophies on the website but the company was also highly recommended by friends.

It was the right choice; we were delighted with the work'.

The family business now in its third generation, is now over 50 years old and Malcolm, who is son of the founder George Heaver, had his 60th birthday just last month.
