Kommerling Kom-fit cavity closer
CWG Choices has launched the Kommerling Kom-fit cavity closer which meets insulation and ventilation building regulations.
The Kom-fit cavity closer allows windows and doors to be fitted from the inside.
It is designed to be used with the Kommerling and KBE window and door systems.
A built in co-extruded weatherseal on the cavity closer keeps the elements out.
A built in adhesive seal helps hold the window or door in position during fixing.
The Kom-fit is suitable for cavities from 50-100mm and incorporates an integrated external finishing trim to minimise the use of silicone.
Jason Wilder, joint managing director, CWG Choices said: "When supplied with a Kommerling window and door we can offer a one-stop shop for installers working in the house building sector".
The Kommerling Kom-fit has already proved successful for national house builders such as Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson Homes, but also for smaller house builders.
