Multi V III commercial air conditioner
At Ecobuild, LG Air Conditioning and Energy Solutions unveiled its Multi V III commercial air conditioner for large facilities.
The third generation of the Multi V series, the new air conditioner is LG's flagship product in Europe, reflecting the market's drive for energy-saving technology.
The Multi V III delivers three key benefits for installers and engineers, and for the end user: improved energy efficiency and capacity along with support for longer duct networks.
The key measure of efficiency in HVAC systems is the coefficient of performance (COP); the Multi V III achieves a COP of 4.6 boosted by LG's V-Scroll inverter compressor and HiPOR (high pressure oil return) technology.
The system allows building owners to reduce operational costs and environmental impact, while still providing reliable heat even in extremely low external temperatures.
The extended capacity of the Multi V III comes from its continuous heating system, capable of maintaining an optimum indoor temperature without heat loss from defrosting.
The LG Air Conditioning and Energy Solutions' Therma V air-to-water heat pump will be on show at the company's stand at Ecobuild this year.
LG Air Conditioning survey on heating and energy efficiency shows when it comes to heating our homes, we still tend to put our own comfort above the future of the planet.
LG Electronics (LG) will donate a percentae of the revenue from air conditioning sales to members of the British Hospitality Association (BHA) to the industry's charity, Hospitality Action.
