Tall Buildings Group (TBG)
Davis Langdon, an AECOM company, has formed a Tall Buildings Group (TBG) designed to leverage the skills and expertise found across the globe within the broader AECOM Group.
Following the mergers of Davis Langdon and Tishman with AECOM, the TBG will offer depth of knowledge in high rise design, economics and construction.
Headed by tall building specialists, Davis Langdon, director, Steve Watts (London) and Hamid Adib, senior vice president, AECOM (New York), the TBG is composed of a number of AECOM business lines.
Its vision is to establish AECOM as the acknowledged world leader in the field of tall buildings.
The group is backed by a global CV of more than 500 towers including some of the world's most high profile projects such as the Commerzbank Headquarters in Frankfurt, The Shard at London Bridge, One World Trade Centre in New York, the Shanghai World Finance Centre and Eureka Tower in Melbourne.
The group is placing as much emphasis on helping to create tall buildings that are more cost-effective and sustainable, a key part of its current research.
