The BREEAM In-Use model forms the framework for Schal's new service.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a new scheme aimed at helping building managers reduce running costs and improve the environmental performance of existing buildings.

In addition, Schal assesses an organisation or a building's approach to the environment and provides verification, certification and bespoke advice for continual improvement.
