Patrick Parsons has appointed a new business development director as it gears up for expansion during 2011.
Chris Gooch-Butler brings more than 30 years' of experience to the role and will lead the expansion of Patrick Parsons into the North West, while retaining a national remit.
Chris has spent the majority of his career in the North West of England working with multi-national engineering firms Gifford and Mouchel Parkman.
Chris played a substantial role in the success of both companies, including spearheading expansion into new countries such as Dubai, Pakistan and East Africa.
Now Chris says he is looking forward to applying his skills gained throughout his varied career to his new role at Patrick Parsons.
Established in 1964, Patrick Parsons has applied its expertise to a variety of markets over the years, working across residential, commercial, leisure and retail, marine and transport.
2010 has seen the company secure several new contracts resulting in the appointment of six new staff members.
The team has also furthered its penetration of a new market - white water courses - having begun work on the Tees Barrage course as well as securing seven new international leads during its first visit to MIPIM, the world's leading real estate trade show.
