Nylon conduits with draw wire
Flexicon has speeded up the installation of conduits with the introduction of the draw wire option.

Draw wire enabled wires to be pulled through at installation, eliminating one stage of the process.
Flexicon launch two new anti-static, liquid tight conduit systems, offering cable protection solutions. The LTPAS and LTPPUAS flexible conduits avoid electrostatic charge build-up on installed equipment, including the surface of the conduit when working in hazardous areas, in compliance with clause 7.4.2 of EN600079-0. Flexicon guide details the right flexible conduit systems required in different hazardous area classifications and zones.
Flexicon has launched a new, 20-page hazardous area cable protection guide containing information on the different hazardous area zones and classifications and the range of products that can be used. The comprehensive guide features a technical introduction, product comparison table, part number and ordering information and installation and instruction notes.
FFPAS flexible conduit and fittings donated by cable protection specialist Flexicon provided the right conduit to protect critical power and data cables as part of the restoration of the historic Pilgrim trawler in Brixham. This offered protection against hazards such as damp, vibration, condensation and salt corrosion as the FPAS system is well suited to this maritime environment having been tested to EN61373 Cat 2.
