SitexOrbis named Contractor of the Year
SitexOrbis
Duomax, a powerful disinfectant
SitexOrbis was named Contractor of the Year at the Property Management Awards hosted by News on the Block, the publication for property professionals dealing in flats.
The company is best known for vacant property management and having staff trained to tackle some of the tougher security and cleaning jobs.
During the last two years the business has undergone a transformation.
A catalyst for change was an independent survey in 2008 that rated the company number one for customer satisfaction, yet showed customers had unfulfilled needs.
A way to eradicate mould for landlords and tenants was part of this process.
Today, four phases of treatment achieve this, aided by vaporising Duomax, a powerful disinfectant that kills airborne spores that spread mould and trigger asthma.
The revolutionary vaporisation technique is also being used to provide effective infection control.
The disinfectant is proven to kill 99.9999 per cent of known germs that cause illnesses such as flu, MRSA, noro virus and more.
Other breakthrough new services for the company include access service eMAKS, which removes the need for time-consuming key collections, and Videofied, alarms that trigger short video transmissions to help police catch burglars.
