Economatic steel shell boilers from Stokvis

Economatic boilers
Latest range of Economatic boilers from Stokvis Energy Systems include three pass reverse flame boilers, for use on gas and oil, with capacities of 93kW to 3488kW in standard units.
Features include a front tube plate flanged towards the combustion chamber which prevents hot spots, reduces thermal stress and extends life expectancy.
Thermal energy losses through conduction are kept to a minimum due to the high levels of insulation both externally and internally on the boiler door, which is two-way opening with multi way adjustable hinges for easy access.
The boiler has internal water baffling which directs cold water away from the areas most susceptible to condensation.
In order to reduce the time when condensation is formed, Stokvis has a minimum return temperature thermostat integrated into its system, preventing pumps from operating when the boiler is cold.
Other features include the precision engineered shell design which results in a very high thermal efficiency of >=91%.
The design ensures low carbon monoxide and nitrous oxide emissions.
