Aurora World distribution centre fit out
The Spaceway Group has provided a fit out a UK headquarters for Aurora World distribution centre in Basingstoke.
Spaceway ensured that all work met the Disability Discrimination Act requirements and Construction Design Management Act.
Spaceway selected a Flooritallo mezzanine floor to maximise space in the warehouse, and fitted out the warehouse with racking to create 2,500 pallet positions in a narrow aisle configuration.
Office space was fitted out with Komfort Kameo partitioning and suspended ceilings.
An air conditioning and ventilation system, warehouse heating, electrics and lighting were installed.
Kitchens, a canteen and toilets were also designed and installed in the building.
Spaceway's Furniture Division supplied a range of furniture including Komfort Velocity desks, chairs and storage cupboards as well as cafe tables and chairs for the canteen.
