C-TEC is one of the UK’s leading independent manufacturers of innovative life safety equipment. Our products include fire alarm control panels, disabled refuge/emergency voice communication systems, disabled persons toilet alarms, staff protection systems, EN54-compliant power supplies, induction loops, call systems and the revolutionary new BS 5839-6 compliant Hush Button designed for houses of multiple occupation (HMOs).

Many of our products are third-party approved and we are the only fire alarm panel manufacturer to have obtained third-party product certifications and factory process approvals from three of the major independent approval bodies, the LPCB, the BSI and the VdS. All C-TEC products are manufactured in the UK at our magnificent new 75,000 sq ft factory.
 
Currently celebrating 30 years of manufacturing world-class life-safety equipment, we recently recertified and revolutionized our entire range of EN54-compliant XFP and CFP fire alarm control panels in addition to adding a host of new products to our vast range of call systems, power supplies and disabled refuge systems. We were also nominated as one of the UK’s outstanding examples of manufacturing excellence in the Government’s prestigious ‘Made by Britain’ initiative, with our revolutionary Hush Button fire alarm solution being hailed a remarkable success.
 
C-TEC is a corporate member of the Fire Industry Association and has been ISO 9001 accredited by the LPCB since 1994. In addition to being sold at virtually every electrical wholesaler in the UK, C-TEC products are also distributed to the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Last year, C-TEC’s products were exported to over 60 different countries.
