Eco-Bond flat roof insulation from EcoTherm was installed as part £30 million scheme to rejuvenate a former council estate in Mile End, London. Installed by AMR Specialist Systems, it was specified as part of the warm roof build-ups with the excellent thermal performance of Eco-Bond helping meet the desired U-value of 0.20 W/m2.K with a far thinner solution than some traditional insulation materials.

Selectaglaze’s bespoke range of secondary windows were specified as part of the high specification refurbishment. The frames also provide significant levels of noise attenuation and much improved thermal insulation.
