The final roof assembly has been categorised as Class B (non-fragile) in accordance with the HSE ACR guidance documentation and leaks on the project have been eradicated by the elimination of through fixings.
The roof is now fully insulated to Building Regulations and comprises a waterproofing system integrated with the Alumasc EWI scheme, due to the installation of the Derbigum bituminous membrane.
