Ultracrete Super Fix
Super Fix is a single part post mix for rapid hardening that is specificially formulated for the installation of fences and light duty posts and poles.
The product is ready to use.
Super Fix sets in 5-10 minutes and is ideal for sites where a fast installation is required.
The product is simply poured into the mixing hole and then water is added, eliminating the need for pre-mixing and minimising wastage and on-site equipment.
The product reaches a compressive strength of 10N/mm after 1 day, 20 N/mm at 7 days and 25 N/mm at 28 days.
It is also shrinkage compensated, eliminating cracking.
Ultracrete offers a range of post fixing solutions for light to heavy duty applications.
Ultracrete Post Fix, a rapid hardening 10mm concrete, is formulated for the sub-surface installation of posts, signs, street lighting columns/furniture and speed cameras.
Combining strength and durability, Post Fix significantly reduces the likelihood of movement damage at the point of fixing.
It sets in 15 minutes, and serves as a fast and efficient installation.
Ultracrete QC10 F fast set flowable concrete, a two part polymer modified, fibre reinforced concrete, is designed for heavy duty post and barrier erection, as well as for haunching reinstatements, back fill and linear drainage surface patch repairs.
It provides a solid restraining course ensuring no movement and long term durability of installation, reaching a compressive strength of 20 N/mm after 90 minutes.
