More than 90% of Door-Stop’s sales are made via this unique online ordering system.
Door-Stop International has introduced a new Customer Service Centre that can be accessed via the company website. Once the Customer Services tab has been accessed, on-screen instructions can be followed in order to raise a help request. The new Customer Service Centre is located in the customer’s secure area of the website and is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Old, untouched door slabs and glazing cassettes are being auctioned off on ebay by composite door manufacturer, Door-Stop. 40 lots of mixed pallets which contain 25 Nan Ya slabs each can now be bid on by interested fabricators and installers. The Nan Ya slabs were bought in by Door-Stop before the company developed its own GRP slab. Bids will begin at £5 per slab, irrespective of size, style or colour and the cassettes will be auctioned off separately.
