GEZE UK has expanded its presence in the East of England with the appointment of Steven Chandler as area sales manager for automatic doors.
Having joined GEZE in 2002 as a project estimator, Steven has over 20 years of industry experience across technical, sales and estimating, and customer support.
In his new role as area sales manager, Steven will be responsible for increasing GEZE’s market share across the East Midlands and East Anglia.
He will work closely with fabrication companies in addition to architects, specifiers and contractors to provide the right solutions for each project from across the company’s range of automatic door products.
Commenting on his appointment, Steven said: “I enjoy working for GEZE. It is a reputable and growing company which looks after its customers and staff alike. The company is travelling in the right direction and has been growing rapidly over the last 12 months, so I am delighted to take the position of area sales manager for the East of England and have the opportunity to contribute to that growth.”
Andy Howland, sales director of GEZE UK, added: “As one of our project estimators, Steven knows our product range inside out and will be able to advise our customers on the right solution for the job – both from a technical and a pricing point of view. I’m certain that he will prove to be a valuable asset to the automatic sales team.”
