Wernick Buildings Rapidplan™ 3000 replacement accommodation has been installed at the Midlands Air Ambulance airbase near M5 Strensham services. Wernick Buildings were chosen via tender process for the quality of their buildings and prompt delivery. Wernick also donated a helicopter external sign to the MMA charity responsible for funding and operating the three air ambulances.
The triple-storey GreenSpace ECO cabin complex was installed on site for the redevelopment of the Brynmor Jones Library at the University of Hull by Wernick Hire. This enables BAM Construction to be accomodated on the limited space available in high-spec cabins with reduced carbon footprint, helping them them to work effectively on the construction of this Sheppard Robson Architects designed project.
PK Accommodation has supplied a six bay modular building as an accommodation solution for Surrey’s West Weybridge Switching Station. The refurbished modular building will be used for office expansion and staff training and was completed off site in two weeks and installed in six days. The modular units consist of a large, open plan room, a smaller training room, entrance corridor, communal kitchen and toilet facilities.
Balfour Beatty chose Bell & Webster Concrete, to supply precast terracing units for the London 2012 Olympic Aquatics Centre. The exposed concrete needed no painting or cladding and the economical off-site solution met the viewing, loading and seating requirements - taking just 16 weeks from the initial enquiry to being manufactured, delivered and positioned on-site.
Seven new modular buildings from Wernick Buildings have met the accommodation needs of Betws Primary School following a fire in June 2012. Wernick Buildings provided the educational spaces needed in just seven and a half weeks. The project consisted of three double classrooms, admin building and IT room, store rooms, secure storage for maintenance and a kitchen area.
