Start with the news release Knauf Drywall sounds scientific at University from Knauf Drywall, which we summarised at the time by saying "Complex designs and strict acoustic requirements in Durham University's striking new Science lecture theatres called for 'scientific' drylining solutions, that take an unusual angle on installations". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Protecting our heritage from Honeywell Fire Safety: "Nigel Pollard of Honeywell Fire Safety looks at the role of fire safety systems in listed buildings".
 
In January 2008, we covered the news from BASF concerning its Colorcoat Urban roof - take a look at Low carbon black Colorcoat Urban roof which says: "Solar heat reflective coloured roofing that could help reduce the Urban Heat Island effect has been installed onto the unique eco-build project, The BASF House".
