We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Energy Performance", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Buildingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Combined heat and power in the green capitol from ENER.G, which we summarised at the time by saying "CHP technology in London will enable the UK's tallest residential building to generate its own heat and electricity on site, helping to reduce energy bills and shrink its carbon footprint". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Lift provision: going 'green' from Pickerings Lifts Europe: "Bernie Campbell, QHSE manager, Pickerings Lifts looks at what are the issues to be considered in operating lifts in a socially responsible manner".

In January 2008, we covered the news from Cylon Controls concerning its Energy Management System - take a look at Award winning building management from Cylon which says: "The office space at One Hanover Street is approximately 70% open plan and 30% cellular and fully air conditioned under the control of a Cylon Building Energy Management System".
