We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Kitemark", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Buildingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.
 
Start with the news release Securistyle anti-manipulation door lock cylinder from Securistyle, which we summarised at the time by saying "Securistyle technically advanced anti-manipulation door lock cylinder has been awarded a product kitemark for quality and safety". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Kitemark points the way to better flood protection from BSI Product Services: "Choosing flood protection products made easier if home owners or builders look for the Kitemark symbol on flood protection products".
 
In January 2008, we covered the news from JELD-WEN concerning its Hi Profile Combi 1.5 timber window - take a look at Window performance enhanced with new hardware which says: "JELD-WEN UK, working closely with international hardware manufacturer Yale, has upgraded its Hi Profile Combi 1.5 timber window design to provide even greater performance benefits".
