We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Luminaire", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Buildingtalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.
 
Start with the news release New lay-in recessed luminaire Part l compliance from Cooper Lighting and Security, which we summarised at the time by saying "Cooper Lighting and Safety has updated and redesigned its popular Crompton Modulay range of recessed luminaires, adding Part L compliant versions".
