Send Technology combines PIR detector with SMS
Send Technology
S-PIR security device
Send Technology announces the S-PIR security device which sends a custom SMS text message alerts to one or multiple recipients.
The S-PIR combines a PIR detector and text message alert system in one.
The combination of a PIR motion detector and a GSM modem, the S-PIR can be installed in any office, home, warehouse.
When the PIR is triggered a SMS text message is sent to a designated mobile or home phone.
The S-PIR also has a microphone and will call so you can listen to the secure area remotely and determine if it is a genuine security risk.
If the SMS can not be delivered or your mobile is turned off, the S-PIR will try the next number you have configured.
A built-in rechargeable battery enables the S-PIR to send you a text message when the main power supply has been cut.
It will power the unit for a few hours until the main power is restored.
The S-PIR can be armed by calling the unit from an authorised phone.
The unit can be configured remotely by SMS.
