Facilities management solutions
Office interiors specialist, Saracen Interiors undertakes facilities management solutions for 70% of its fit out clients.
Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page
’We’ve seen a trend in new clients asking for a facilities management package to be factored in to our quote as they want contractors who know every inch of the building and are familiar with the mechanical and electrical installation to oversee its maintenance.
’It makes sense as we know all the regulations relating to their office and know details such as when the air conditioning systems needs servicing and what guarantees are in place.
’We are a lot closer to the work than any other facilities management operator might be’.
’For existing clients, there is reassurance in that they know the quality of our work and that we are able to provide a local and reliable service.
’Operating as a one stop shop means that we can ensure all operations run smoothly and keep costs down for the client – and cost still factors highly in the current market’.
