Elfin Kitchens supplies pre-built units

Selected primarily due to their compact size, the units have maintained a high quality appearance, four years on from their installation.

Manufactured from white powder coated stainless steel, Elfin Kitchens are available in a range of sizes depending on the installation.

To ensure the best possible fit in each individual room, Elfin supplied 10 of its pre-built compact kitchens in 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500mm sizes, allowing Rhodes Property to tailor each room accordingly.

The compact kitchen units supplied needed to give the tenant the freedom to use the kitchen at any time of day without causing disturbance to others in the building, a point which can prove to be of particular note in houses of multiple occupation (HMO).

Similarly, from an aesthetic perspective, it was necessary to provide a series of kitchens that would enhance the properties themselves.

Comprising a robust, white powder coated steel unit, the kitchen incorporates two hotplates, a combination oven, an 'A rated' fridge and a smart stainless steel sink complete with a monobloc mixer tap.

Delivered to site as one complete unit, Elfin Kitchens require connection to an electricity supply and service pipe before being ready to use.
