Knauf Insulation has enlisted four field-based sales representatives to support its dedicated Merchant Support Team in the north and the south.
The external Merchant Support Team will comprise James O’Halloran (Scotland and North East), Callum Augustine (North), Neel Brown (South West) and Balraj Chagger (South East), who will be backed by Commercial Support Manager, Jane Curran and Internal Sales Support, Ryan Ferguson and Tom Gleave.
The team will work together to ensure customers have a dedicated point of contact for all enquires regarding pricing, tracking or merchandising. The team will also provide training sessions for merchants on new Knauf Insulation products.
Commenting on the appointments, Commercial Director Steve Duke said: “As a business, we make it our mission to fully understand our merchant customers’ challenges and objectives, so that we can align our efforts to create the best opportunities for them.
It’s about listening to their needs, establishing the right way of working and providing the best possible support. Our merchant support team is integral to delivering this mission and it is why we continue to invest in this dedicated service.”
