Abb Building Systems Scores For Hayden Football Club Hayden Football Club Under 12s, a football team of Hayden Youth Association, Kent, has been kitted out by ABB Building Systems after its limited funds had to be used to repair severe damage to its facilities and pitch In June 2002 considerable criminal damage was inflicted on the team's facilities and equipment at its home ground in Wilmington, Kent, and in spite of an immediate clean-up operation being put in to action there is still some way to go

Paul Alexander, who is a Site Supervisor on the ABB Building Systems Natural History Museum project, is a keen supporter of Hayden Under 12s and his son also plays for the team.
Recognising the team's desperate need, Paul approached ABB Building Systems for much needed sponsorship for the new kit and very willingly, Building Systems sponsored the team.
Paul comments: 'We have over 200 members playing for Hayden and our only source of income is through membership fees, subs and social event revenue.
The damage to our facilities came as a real blow and we needed to find another source of income to pay for new strips for the Under 12s.' Recent bad weather conditions and a break over the Christmas period has meant that the Club has only played a couple of friendly matches this year, however, with a brand new strip the team is now entering the 2003 league looking smart and feeling confident.
