New Name In Building Services Wins First
Contract
Dynamic new name in Building Services 'Inviron' has secured its first contract award - the provision of Building Services Maintenance for BACS Limited.
The contract follows on from relocation of BACS Limited from its long-standing home in Edgware, North West London, to a new site The BACS organisation, one of the world's largest automated clearing houses, is responsible for processing over four billion direct Direct Debits and Direct Credits a year

Refurbishment Project For Mobile Phone Giants
Abb Building Systems completes a £1.4 million refurbishment project for mobile phone giants, T Mobile.
Services include the supply of two shift engineers, working alongside the BACS shift personnel, who are required to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the site's building services plant and equipment.
They are also required to carry out electrical testing and installation, as well as undertake maintenance and inspection on a wide range of plant including motor/pump sets, pipelines, filters, cooling towers, air handling units, ducts and compressors etc Inviron staff will also have to be in possession of the appropriate industry accepted Skills Card in compliance with the Government's Construction Skills Certification Scheme.
The provision of an Inviron help desk is also planned for use by the BACS facility in the event of contingencies and emergencies occurring out of normal working hours.
The contract award follows hot on the heels of the launch of Inviron, a management buy-out out of the highly respected ABB Building Systems business, which was planned and negotiated by senior building industry professionals Garry Metcalfe, Keith Gilliver and John Ryan O'Brien.
