Reorganisation and team strengthening
Reorganisation and team strengthening has added extra impetus to Inviron Building Systems busy docklands M and E office.
Following the appointment of Brian Woodcraft as general manger for Inviron Building Systems, London and Southeast, the busy Docklands office has seen a reorganisation of its structure and a redefinition of its policies that is adding impetus to the business, improving its focus and elevating even further the levels of service provided to customers Brian Woodcraft, who has a wealth of experience in general and project management in the mechanical and electrical markets - both nationally and internationally, moves across from the position of operations manager, which he has held for over two years

The reorganisation phase has included staff taking up new and challenging roles within the business to 'do what they do best'.
The first of these appointments has seen Richard Linn take up the position of commercial manager, where he supports the businesses with quantity surveying activities.
Operational changes have also been made to the team structure to support customer focus and project delivery, with senior project managers Peter Davies and Mark Latimer both now responsible for project teams and reporting directly to operations manager Steve Parsons.
In addition, the team has been further strengthened with the appointment of Tony Ridgeway as business development manager for the region.
Tony joins Inviron from Mitie Engineering Services where he was business development manager for the London and Southeast area, and has extensive experience within the sector.
Current projects being run by the Docklands-based team include: a new pathology wing for Bedford Hospital, work on the London Clinic, and Norwich Union.
Recent completions include the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the House of Lords (new basement works and refurbishment of existing areas) and MOD Whitehall.
