Foremost among the winners at the Abloy Security Awards for Excellence, was Gloucester Locksmiths who scooped first prize in the prestigious 'Centre of the Year' category.

Other award winners included: Elite Architectural Ironmongery from Birmingham, who won the 'Commercial Excellence' award; Dorset based SRM Security took the prize for 'Technical Innovation' and Brown Brothers beat off stiff competition to claim the award for 'Marketing Excellence'.
Julie Day, Marketing Manager at Abloy Security, explained that, "We have long believed that our security installers and Centres should be publicly recognised for the business excellence and technical skills that they display and chose 2003 as the year in which we launched our Awards programme.
