Acheson and glover completes Hanson
acquisition
Acheson and Glover has acquired Hanson Seagoe Concrete Products - formerly part of Hanson plc.
County Tyrone-based construction materials manufacturer Acheson and Glover has acquired Hanson Seagoe Concrete Products - formerly part of Hanson plc - for an undisclosed sum Based in Saintfield, the company is a leading producer of kerbs and flags, manhole products, gullies and underground drainage systems

The deal with Hanson plc marks the latest stage in the rapid growth Acheson and Glover has achieved over the past four years.
One of Northern Ireland's most innovative and profitable construction industry suppliers, the family-owned business has invested around £20 million in new plant and facilities since 2002.
In this period, the company has aggressively targeted new opportunities in the Republic of Ireland and in Great Britain.
As a direct result, turnover has increased by 40 per cent and sales to GB by 50 per cent.
