Acrilex is now capable of satisfying the strict requirements of government, medical and military manufacturers with its new Quality Control Program.
Acrilex's pre-cut, pre-finished, plastic components are now fabricated to comply with the stringent quality inspection and procedure specifications of the military standard, MIL-I-45208A.
"This has moved us to the next level," said Steven Sullivan, president of Acrilex "Not only will this Quality Control Program mean superior products, but as both a manufacturer and distributor, Acrilex can shorten the OEM supply chain and help improve production capabilities." In developing the program, Acrilex was able to take a closer look at its manufacturing process.
"It was obvious to us that we also needed the right machinery and personnel in place to implement Quality Control," remarked Sullivan.
"We found that we could improve upon these items as well as our processes".
Acrilex has invested in top-of-the-line CNC Laser and Routing equipment along with production polishing equipment.
"Simple fabrication is no longer enough for our customers: as we continue to evolve and progress, we hope to provide our markets with what they need for the future.".
