In just 18 months, the Aconex online information management system has managed more than 500,000 pieces correspondence between 1,600 users on London's White City development.
The £300 million Victoria Square is the single largest development to be undertaken by a private developer in Northern Ireland and is set to regenerate Belfast City Centre.
When complete, Victoria Square will consist of 500,000 sq.ft.of retail space, 150,000 sq.ft.of leisure facilities including a health club, cinema, restaurants and around 100 residential units.
Mr Attias will be discussing how progressive, fast track management and construction techniques used on Victoria Square have allowed for a scheduled completion date of October 2007.
He will be joined by Jon Munce of Multi Development who will provide an operation insight into how one of Europe's largest developers is managing the flow of information between thousands of project participants to ensure the delivery of Victoria Square on time and budget.
