White City Exceeds 500k on Aconex
In just 18 months, the Aconex online information management system has managed more than 500,000 pieces correspondence between 1,600 users on London's White City development.
This will enable Woods Bagot and their project partners to view, track and share documents - including drawings, building plans, workflows and correspondence - at any time and from any location.
By using Aconex, Woods Bagot expects to benefit from: increased control through centralising information; increased productivity through easier collaboration; reduced administrative costs through transmitting documents electronically; and reduced exposure to risks such as information loss and outdated documents.
Nadine Da Costa-Alves, Woods Bagot Interior Designer, said: "Having used other information management systems that were neither easy to use nor efficient, we selected Aconex due to it being a user friendly system that we could use across all projects.
