Adams Rite to showcase eForce at IFSEC
Adams Rite, part of Assa Abloy, leader in door opening solutions, will be launching its new battery-operated keyless entry control, eForce-150, at IFSEC, at the NEC
IFSEC at the NEC, 11-14 May 2009.
The new control is a perfect match for Adams Rite round cylinder deadbolts, dead latches and exit devices that are compatible with a range of aluminum, steel and wood door applications.
The device can accommodate up to 150 users, (including master, supervisor and emergency users) plus two one-time codes.
Adams Rite has long been recognised as a leading manufacturer of hardware for aluminum entrances.
The eForce-150 is a strong addition to this family of products, and the obvious choice to pair with Adams Rite deadbolts, deadlatches and exit devices, including the 4550 MS Lever, which will also be showcased in the physical security area on Assa Abloy's stand E10, Hall 3.
This boasts a unique, patented cam which makes it ideal for easy access applications.
Three pounds of pressure is all it takes to retract the deadbolt, with a short upward pull to return it to its locked position.
The eForce-150 can be programmed via the keypad to operate in three modes: Standard, PAssage and Lockout.
Device operation is confirmed by both a visual LED light indicator and an audible sound generated by a piezo horn.
Features include surface mounting with concealed fasteners, field selectable handing, free-wheeling lever with clutch to prevent vandalism, mortise cylinder control, die cast housing and lever, UV stable keypad material, will operate in extreme temperatures (-35C to 66C).
It is available in a plated satin chrome finish as standard and is powered by 4 AA alkaline batteries.
Visitors to the Assa Abloy stand at E10 in Hall 3 will be able to view both products in the physical security area of the stand.
