Innovation is the key for Adams Rite at IFSEC 09

An Adams Rite Europe product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Apr 16, 2009

Find out how Adams Rite is innovating to ensure compliance with the latest standards on the Assa Abloy stand.

Adams Rite is at the forefront of delivering products that help customer keep pace with tightening European security and fire safety standards.

Its in-depth understanding of the legislative framework which governs building safety and security makes it an invaluable partner when specifying security solutions and exit devices for buildings with aluminium doors.

Its new Sentinel 6 deadlock, which meets the stringent requirements of BS EN 12209, achieving security grade 6, will be in the spotlight at IFSEC.

Already named 'Best of 2008' by the Construction Products Association, this leading edge product has also been short-listed for an IFSEC award.

Other products expected to attract a lot of interest include the new new battery-operated keyless entry control, eForce-150, which can accommodate up to 150 users, (including master, supervisor and emergency users) plus two one-time codes - a welcome addition to the Adams Rite family of products and the obvious choice to pair with its range of deadbolts, deadlatches and exit devices.

Andy Stolworthy, product manager at Adams Rite explains: "IFSEC is the perfect place for Adams Rite to showcase its latest products.

We invest heavily in research and development to ensure our products achieve the highest standards.

They are thoroughly tested to ensure they are attack resistant, secure and safe as it is paramount that our customers can be confident in our products for a wide range of applications.

"We put a lot of emphasis on compliance with key standards and ensure they are certified to meet the toughest industry requirements such as intruder resistance standard LPS 1175.

IFSEC is the ideal place for visitors to find out just how seriously we take this commitment to innovation and we are confident they will be impressed with the advances that have been made.
