showroom

16 D-Tect2 detectors specified for exterior of showroom because they satisfied Audi's requirements for a system that gives them reliability with an attractive, contemporary appearance.

Dedicated to delivering complete multi-brand security solutions, ADI-Gardiner's Chelmsford branch along with local firm Hewes Security supplied the new Audi dealership at Rayleigh in Southend with an ideal detection solution that matches the stylish design of the cars and building GJD's D-Tect2 was specially chosen to provide a secure environment for more than 60 cars featured in the Audi showroom

Spanning a two-acre site, it is the largest dealership in East Anglia and has a sophisticated, modern design.

The D-Tect2 is a highly reliable twin PIR detector, which has attained credible detector status within the industry, and was chosen as a finalist at the 2006 IFSEC Innovations Awards.

The detector is extremely adaptable on-site, with a programmable range from 8m to 30m, and integral masking curtains that allow its field of view to be adjusted from 10 degrees to 70 degrees.
