Concrete Solutions For Animal Feed Storage
Prestressed concrete panels, manufactured and installed by ACP (Concrete) Ltd, have been used in the construction of a new animal feed storage facility at Liverpool Docks.
The Orcal Canopy's suspension system has been expertly designed for easy installation and adjustment.
Everything needed for installing the canopies comes ready supplied in the box and they can be used for new or retrofit installations.
The canopy complements the existing range of Orcal metal tiles, which are available in a wide variety of panel types and perforation patterns and feature a durable electrostatic polyester powder coat finish applied to galvanised steel.
The new canopy is also consistent with Armstrong's commitment to the environment.
Its enhanced light reflection of 85 per cent creates less need for artificial lighting and the product can be easily recycled at the end of its life.
The addition of the Orcal canopy to Armstrong's range of metal ceiling tiles and planks extends the capabilities of the range, and meets contractors' and specifiers' needs in terms of both design and performance.
The full Orcal product family includes: * Orcal Extra Microperforation - provides a smooth monolithic visual with good acoustic performances.
* Orcal Axal Vector - provides a crisp architectural reveal between tiles.
* Orcal Premium B15 - achieves acoustic performance up to 47dB of Dncw and up to 0.65 of aw.
* Orcal Bioguard - for use in areas where hygiene requirements exist.
A variety of panel types and perforation patterns are available.
"Our unique and innovative range of metal ceiling products gives specifiers and contractors greater design flexibility, while enabling them to meet the functional needs of the space," says Jonathan Griffiths UK and AME Sales Director for Armstrong.
"With the launch of the Orcal Canopy, Armstrong has re-confirmed its position as a one-stop shop for unique and innovative metal ceilings.".
