Two or three FC frequency control or two DOL motors drive the system through a high-efficiency gearbox.
The non-counterweighted Scando 650 operates at speeds of up to 215 ft/min and provides more hoist power, while using as much as 40 percent less power than previous Scando models.
The 'top-of-the-range' Scando 650 FC features a car length of 12 feet 9 inches, which can be extended up to 15 feet 1 inch.
