Allied Images, suppliers of large format scanning solutions, has announced new lower pricing for Cimmetry Systems AutoVue software product line.

Prices have been reduced by up to 20% across the entire product line.
These prices are available up to 31st August 2005 AutoVue is a visualisation and collaboration product that provides native support for 450+ 2D/3D CAD, EDA, office documents without requiring the authoring applications.
Supported formats include MS Office, Mentor, Cadence, Zuken, PADS, Protel, Gerber, ODB++, CATIA, Pro/E, Unigraphics and SolidWorks among hundreds of others.
AutoVue's Real-Time Collaboration functionality allows users to schedule meetings, co-view, co-markup and chat over any network or the Internet.
AutoVue also integrates seamlessly with multiple DM/EDM/PLM/PDM/ERP systems.
The new pricing for AutoVue which gives you the ability open and view some 200+ native 2D CAD and Office formats starts at GBP 255 for a single seat.
The top-of-the-range AutoVue Solid Model Professional which adds 3D CAD formats, markup and redlining, EDA and collaboration will start at GBP 875.
The multi-user prices have been reduced accordingly.
Steve Morin, Allied Images' MD, commented "recent trading conditions and the continued favourable Pound to US Dollar exchange have allowed us to make these changes".
"It's not just new customers who will benefit".
"Those customers who have not upgraded recently but remained on older versions will find the reductions in upgrade pricing very attractive".
Allied Images' AutoVue customer base includes many utility, engineering and construction companies plus users in other sectors including health, transportation, local government, legal and general business.
Recent sales have included railway engineering companies, water utilities and regional government planning authorities.
Cimmetry Systems, recently acquired by Agile, is the recognised technology pioneer and market leader in the field visualisation and collaboration software tools.
