Separate plant areas and a 400m terrace were completed, together with 1,300mm-high waterproofed and insulated perimeter upstands.

This enabled the timely installation of associated glazing and cladding.

Hydrotech is a durable, self-healing monolithic waterproofing membrane.

The system is intended for use on protected roofs, plaza decks, green roofs, water features or access roadways.

Hydrotech is manufactured using 20 per cent post-consumer recycled material and is supplied under Alumasc's ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standard.
